Our Quality Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason related to product quality, we will make it right. This includes issues such as incorrect items delivered, products that do not meet our freshness standards, or damaged packaging.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 2 hours of delivery via phone at (949) 401-0807, email at [email protected], or Instagram DM @instagrillbox. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement order at no additional charge, or store credit for a future order.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind after delivery, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, items that have been partially or fully consumed, or orders cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
